Located in Punta del Este, 2.9 km from Punta del Este Brava Beach, Negrita Hostel provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. 11 km from Punta del Este Bus Terminal Station and 11 km from The Fingers beach, the property offers a bar and barbecue facilities. The accommodation features evening entertainment and a shared kitchen. We had a private room in a bit older building of the hostel, but it was a large room, with a good, big bed and a perfect shower (even a rain shower!). Wifi worked very well. There are a couple of common rooms which you can also use, even if you have booked a private room. That's very nice in the evening. It's nice that the breakfast includes fresh fruit. Regarding the price, the stay is absolutely good value for money. But what really makes Negrita Hostel the absolutely perfect stay is owner Camillo: he is very friendly, attentive and gave us a lot of information: restaurants in the area, but also in Punta del Este and even on the way to Montevideo. Also good information about museums, sights, things to do,... I would absolutely stay in Negrita Hostel again if I would travel to the region again.
