We arrived at 4am with nightbus, he welcomed us and let us sleep in a dorm before check-in. Comfortable room, smooth scooter rental and we could leave our bags during our visit of Ban Gioc and Pac Bo. He even made sure we had a pickup to our bus back to Hanoi even if we booked online. The place was perfect for me. Big window wall looking over the river. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Short walk to the big market. Staff very attentive and helpful. Could not recommend more highly.
