Ready to help with any question, arrange for your a taxi or whatever. I know for some people location was a bit of a problem, but I liked it staying out of town. Breakfast is included, dinner your can order right here at the hostel kitchen. If you wanna go party and explore night life, they have a bus that brings people to the town and back late in the evening/night (so at the hostel it's very quiet after 10:30pm). And then if you need to go somewhere just rent a bike right at the hostel (80k/day and they also have some real helmets, not those crappy caps!)

Without a doubt, this is a place I would choose again. Highly recommended if you're looking for an authentic and relaxing experience in Cat Ba.
