It seems to be a family-run business, so it feels peaceful and warm. Kind. It's a little far away from noisy areas so you can spend a quiet time. However, the distance to the center is only about 500m. There are many restaurants in the surrounding area, and the customer base is mostly locals, with few tourists, and the cost of food and drinks is low.

Yes, it needs painting, there is mold. I had a room with a balcony, which was spacious, clean and had the best bed in Vietnam. Clean towels, close to everything, I recommend!

I stayed here twice and would definitely stay again. The location is excellent, yet it’s very quiet inside. Facilities are pretty much new, it’s comfortable, and clean. Both the capsule and the storage locker are very spacious. The host and his family are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I asked for recommendations, like where to eat, and his suggestions were spot on. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, cozy stay in the city centre.

Nice rooms with comfortable beds. Certainly the best shower I’ve had on that travel. Enjoyed the hot water and powerful showerhead. The staff was unbelievable helpful and friendly I dropped my wallet in the taxi, thanks to their great help I got it back.
