I would recommend you going here because off the personal who is working there. So friendly and genuinely towards the visitors. If i ever come back to Vietnam i go back there.

At first, I didn’t expect much due to the low number of reviews, but the experience completely changed my mind. Everything was spotlessly clean, hot shower and convenient are nice, especially dorm bed is the largest I ever stayed in, smelled great, and the atmosphere was pleasantly quiet. The staffs mr Kien and ms My Anh and ms Giang were incredibly kind and supportive. Although I had to park my scooter at a nearby market, they even helped by giving me a ride back to the hotel. At just over $5 per night, it’s an amazing value compared to other places. Highly recommended when you have a plan to come to Ha Noi

They were very loving and sweet.

We appreciated how the staff was super nice and welcoming. The check in was super easy, communication also... You can choose from a few different breakfasts and what was absolutely perfect even after check out we could leave our baggage in the hotel without a fee!! Amazing. The only thing that would discourage me from a very long stay at this place is that the room had no window. For someone that can be a benefit, especially if you need to sleep after a long flight or you don't want to be disturbed by the noise and lights from the streets...

Facilities are pretty much new, it’s comfortable, and clean. Both the capsule and the storage locker are very spacious. The host and his family are warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I asked for recommendations, like where to eat, and his suggestions were spot on. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm, cozy stay in the city centre.
