Central Backpackers Hostel - Phong Nha has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Phong Nha. The accommodation offers evening entertainment and a 24-hour front desk. This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful. Spacious dorms with privacy curtains, socket, light, shelf and even small locker in each bed, as well as a bigger locker in the room. The bathroom had a proper shower (it was not a wet room like in many hostels in Vietnam). There is a restaurant with a variety of nice food, and the included breakfast was very good. They run events such as free beer at 7 pm. It's also convenient if you're leaving Phong Nha on a night bus.

Place was great and host was really friendly. He picked me up at the bus station at like 2am which is crazy. The area near the river is really cool to chill.

The rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and a hairdryer, while selected rooms also boast a kitchen equipped with a fridge. Everything and everyone. Phuong and her family are so kind, helpful and very friendly. With them you can get tours, bikes, scooter , everything. The place is great: quiet ,clean and very well located. A special thank to Phuong’s mom….the chef: best Pho I had in Vietnam so far. 🙌

The units at the accommodation feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. I had an amazing experience at Palm Lodge. The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-maintained. What really made my stay special was the hospitality of Mr. Strong. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location of the lodge is convenient and peaceful — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I truly felt at home during my time here. Highly recommend Palm Lodge to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay. Thank you, Mr. Strong, for your warm hospitality!
