The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort.

Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking.

Please note that for bookings required a full payment, a secure link will be sent by the hotel reservations team for credit card payments. Visa, Amex and Mastercard payments are accepted through the secure link. Bookings may be cancelled in case of non-payments.

Additional charges will be applied for certain premium alcoholic beverages.

All Inclusive accommodation is free for the 1st child up to 12 years and free for the 2nd Child up to 6 years old, 2nd child From 7 to 12 years will be charged AED 150 per night.

Reservation Terms & Conditions for our A La Carte Restaurant:

- The Hotel reserves the right to revise the operating hours of restaurants and bars according to functioning capacity.

- Minimum length of 2-night’s stay is required for A La Carte usage.

- To ensure the best experience for all our guests, à la carte restaurant bookings are available from the second night of your stay onward.

- A la carte restaurants must be booked in advance, and bookings are subject to availability – use is not guaranteed.

- As per our all-inclusive offering, guests are entitled to have dinner with unlimited in-house alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages at our a la carte restaurants.

- Our à la carte restaurants are part of the Ultra-Inclusive concept, with premium products available at an additional charge.

- The dress code in all a la carte restaurants is Smart Casual. Gentlemen are requested to wear full-length trousers, elegant jeans or tailored shorts and closed shoes. Slippers or Sandals are not allowed in our a la carte restaurants.
