A new up and coming neighbourhood with cafes, and restaurants including ,"The Hamptons cafe" , Amazone Restaurant and a convenient "Allday supermarket", a short 3-4 mins dive. Experience Dubai mall / Burj Khalfia or mall of the emirates all located a short 15 minute drive. Please note that the lagoon is closed for maintenance until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding*
