Basic and no thrills apartment in a well-established tower, literally across the street to beach and park. There is a Jones the Grocer on the ground floor and a beach club across the street (2 min walk) This is the best location to explore Abu Dhabi. All major attractions can be reached within 15 - 25 minutes, including Grand Mosque, Louvre, Ferrari World, YAS Island, Formula 1, Marina Mall. Travelling for business my location is within 5 minutes of Etihad Towers, ADNOC and many others.
