This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in. Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10 AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of AED200. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services. Should the above policies not be respected, a penalty fee will apply to the guest(s) for any damage(s) caused to the property. A penalty fare of AED550 will be charged on your deposit if you smoke in the property.
