The distance from this home to Tirana's downtown is ten minutes. It's a quiet neighborhood that's not far from the city's noise. A key location where Farka Lake, the city of Tirana, and an artificial lake are all within five minutes' drive (1.5 km). The best private home has a first floor and a large lawn in front of it where you may engage in activities like grilling, lounging in the natyre, or practicing gymnastics in the clean natyre air.
