The apartment is located in a new building, completed in 2023, at a distance of 250 meters from the city center, in a quiet residential area. The apartment offers facilities and accessibility to the main road, hospital, pharmacy, supermarket, coffee bar, restaurant.
Eltoni is a young entrepreneur who manages a furniture store and has recently invested in the construction field. He is very polite, speaks Italian and English fluently
The neighborhood is very quiet and the neighbors are very kind. The attractions you can visit are: Holte Canyon, Sotire Waterfall, Lily Lake, Black Lake.
