Studio apartment is located 100 meters from Durres Beach. The apartments have everything you need for life: living room with fixed sofa, bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, bathroom with washing machine, boiler, shower, full kitchen, bed linen, towels, iron, hair dryer, ironing board, dryer, board game. There are free WI-FI and TV channel in apartment. Near the apartment there is a public transport bus stop, you can quickly get to the center of city for 10 minutes. Developed infrastructure: shops, pharmacies, currency exchange offices, car rental, cafes, restaurants. In apartment there is plastic window that do not let in noise from the street. We provide transfer services from the airport to the apartments and back(additional service/ not free).

The apartment is located on the 7th floor of an 8-storey building. The house has an elevator. There is a staircase at the entrance to the building. ILIRIA Apartment is a beachfront property set in Durrës, 100 metres from Durres Beach. There is a public beach area, mountain views and free WiFithroughout the property. The center of Durrës can be get by public bus in 10 minutes. There are bus stops near the house, very comfortable. Near the apartments there is a cafe where you can drink delicious coffee, also next to the apartments there are chain stores, mini shops with vegetables and fruits and the necessary things for the home.
