Hello My property is one of the most recent constructions made in my city a wonderful sight of the sea and the port of the city is or is among the oldest ports of the Balkans. the property has a very good position as it is located in one of the most sought-after areas in the city to relax as there are around supermarkets different currency exchanges and many good restaurants and at very cheap prices. just 1.5 km from the city center of Durres only 10min by bus where you can freely descend 20m from the house is located the bus station the city of Durres has beautiful places to visit the wonderful restaurants of the old Durres town and many other things that you just have to visit. it is our pleasure to have visitors and vacationers from all over the world with the greatest pleasure in the world I welcome you all
