This charming and modern studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a lovely villa with private garden, in a quiet neighbourhood, and only a short walk from city centre, shops, and restaurants. This place is close to the hustle and bustle of the city and yet peaceful and calm, a 15 minute walk to the Air Albania Stadium from where the whole city centre is in front of you with all its attractions, such as museums, National Theatre of Opera & Ballet, Skanderbeg Square, Pyramid of Tirana.
