New and Luxury Apartment located in i a new neighborhood designed for tourism only, this apartment has a big space and can acommodate up to eight peoples. It has one living room with a kitchen, three bed rooms plus two toilets and a big spacious balcony. It is located on the sixth floor. The Balcony is big and you can enjoy city view. The sea is 200 meters away from the property you have markets and the most luxury hotel and resorts that the city can offer. You are welcome!
Living in our apartment is fantastic. You will reside on the sixth floor. You will have a balcony where you can enjoy the Pool view and Beach view. There are total of one living room and two bedrooms, all with Air Conditioner. Two bathrooms. Fridge with freezer, electronic stove with oven. Washing machine with all the detergents. All essentials needed for the kitchen. Head and body shampoo, hand washer, toilet papers, towels and fresh drinkable water (5 Litters). You have everything that you need to feel like home. We welcome you! On the Property: ▪︎The Beach is 300 metters away from the Property. ▪︎There is a private pool is 150 metters away from the Property. ▪︎Mini Market & Tabaco are 25 metters away from the Property. ▪︎ Free Parking is everywere on the Property.
