Please pay close attention when booking our property and the room types. We have unique apartments with wooden ceilings located on the third floor, each offering a beautiful mountain view. These apartments are all different from one another, so please check the details carefully before making a reservation. It’s important to distinguish between booking a room and an apartment. Many guests confuse the two, book a room, and then expect an apartment — please double-check your selection. Our property is located on a hill in Saranda, about 1 km from the nearest beach and 1.9 km from the city center. If you don’t enjoy walking uphill, it’s highly recommended to have a car to reach us comfortably. Payment is due at check-in and must be made in Euros only. Guests have full access to all areas and facilities of the property. It’s a safe and beautiful space, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while your kids play nearby. The apartment is also ideal for couples looking for extra privacy and relaxation. Important notes: • Please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the apartment — failure to do so will result in a fine. • Washing machines are available in the apartments but require an additional fee. • People who are not registered on Booking are not allowed to enter the apartment.

Our neighborhood offers both convenience and charm. We are located close to the main road of Saranda, making it easy to access all parts of the city. Nearby, you’ll find Lëkursi Castle and Mesopotam Monastery, two beautiful historical landmarks that are definitely worth a visit. The bus station is also close by, offering connections to other cities such as Gjirokastër, Tirana, and various beautiful destinations around Saranda. Shops, restaurants, markets, and everything you might need are just a short walk from the property, so you’ll have easy access to local products and cuisine during your stay.
