The area is one of the favorites surrounded by pine trees. Spectacular, totally private, new construction, 110 Sq meter apartment on the first floor a two storie villa, not more than 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 40 Sq meter. There is also a 100 Sq meter private garden. The living room and the veranda have a beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing, while your kids can enjoy their playing on the garden.
