Our residence is a 4-story residence in which the ground floor and the first floor are available for guests. On the first floor there are 4 rooms with private bathrooms and a cooking area. The cooking area is complete with plates, pots, pans, glasses, spoons, knives and forks, etc. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, heating and a refrigerator. There is a washing machine on each floor. The rooms are equipped with towels, toilet paper and shampoo.The Pahumi Residence is located 200 meters from the Adriatic Sea coast.37 km from Tirana capital city,29 km from Mother Teresa Airport (It takes approximately 28 min to drive from Durrës to Rinas , and 2 km from City Center Durres
