The Apartment is on an Existing ex Com block, and it is on the ground floor very convinient for people who are lazy to take stairs ;'

The neighborhood is very quiet during night time . During the day it is a buzzling area with Market of Clothes nearby , a Lot of activity is during the day . Most Important is that the Neighbourhood is 150 meters away from Central Square of Tirana , Scanderbeg Square
