Dear guests, During the beach season (June - September) together with the room I can offer the guests the pass to the beach just in front of the building, which is exclusive and very well maintained. My sea view studio is just the perfect place for persons wanting to vacation in Durres or work remotely. In exchange of a small fee we provide you with a pass to the beach in front of the building where the beach is very clean and the sunbeds are cheaper. It is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove top) washing machine, sheets, towels, comfortable pillows and a clean bathroom with the necessary amenities. The two sofas are converted in two comfortable, big beds. There are as well futons to be used on the sofa beds for more comfort. It is quiet, has powerful WiFi and a beautiful view of the sea and the sunset. You will love sipping wine in front of the sea! In front of the building there is Tropikal resort which has a beach, beach bar and restaurant. The bus stations to go to Durres city center and other cities of Albania are just outside the building. The area is very safe and supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, night club are near by. The studio is situated on 7th floor of a building WITH elevator/lift. Being a frequent traveler myself I understand the importance of the location and the neighborhood of the place I am staying in. The neighborhood is very safe and lively at the same time. Most of the habitants reside here during the summer but there people during the whole year too. This makes the place lively and bustling in the summer but quiet and peaceful in the winter, therefore a place for all seasons.
