Immersed in the the middle of an endless pine and beech forest, the villa is very spacious, clean and private. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 large kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The living room has a wonderful functional chimney and lots of sitting place to enjoy the fire. The outside has a lot of private space and a pizza oven.

Razma is positioned at an altitude of 900 meters and is about 43 kilometers away from the city of Shkodra in the south, and borders to the north with Thethi and Vermosh. During clear shiny days you con see the Lake Shkodra from Razem. Razma is located in the middle of endless pine and beech forests and you can also appreciate breathtaking alpine meadows and pastures. Razma has a Mediterranean-continental climate but there are also several micro-climates that make the air healing due to the high degree of purity and high percentage of oxygen. Razma is visited both in Winter and Summer. The most common activities are: hiking, climbing, skiing and in summer camping.
