It is a private villa with a perfect location that gives you the taste of the town and village at the same time. Able to use the 2nd floor and the terrace with its own private parking within the main entrance. 2 Bedrooms designed tastefully, with a balcony each,facing a panoramic countryside view of the fields nearby and Shpirag mountain. One double-bed in each bedroom and a sofa in the living room, that make up a maximum capacity of 5 people (friends or family). The living room and the kitchen offer you all you need to relax, eat and enjoy a drink sat at the sofa with a view in the distance of the castle. An automatic shutter in the main entrace of the building (in the first floor) where private parking inside the building is included. And then walking up the stairs you get to the 2nd floor, which will be totally in your use for accommodation. There are three balconies, each of them facing a different view. The first one is accessible from the living room, with a view of the main road and the castle in the distance. The two others, one for each bedroom offer a relaxing view of the countryside. The terrace, where you can also have a BBQ, has a 360° view of Berat new town, the Castle, Shpirag mountain, Osum river in the distance and the fields and hills around that complement the whole panoramic view.

If you'd want us , we could even give you a tour for the day in some of the most picturesque places around. We will provide you with a geographical orientation, inculding the locations of the historical heritage monuments of the town and the villages, so that you can organize yourselves in order to get to see more places in less time. Berat itself represents a mixture of footprints from the past and this rich history preserved into centuries together with the nature will give you a unique sense of relief and relaxation. So fascinating during the day but also mystic under the lights of the night, Berat is waiting for you to explore it. We strongly believe that ain't no language barrier for as long as all who come as guests leave as our friends.

Perfect location by the main road in Velabisht, Berat. 16 min walk (4 minute drive) to Gorica and Mangalem, the old picturesque quartiers of Berat historical center. Ura e Velabishtit (Velabisht Bridge) only 2 min walk away. And Gorica bridge 13 minute walk. Located so close to the historical center of Berat gives you the option to enjoy the evening walks (xhiro:a tradition in Berat which consists of all the locals having an evening walk everyday towards the center-bulevard with their friends/family. And of course having our beloved espresoo/coffee while discussing about the events of the day).On the other hand you can hike in Mali Partizan (the hill closeby) or walk towards Gjeroven, Palikësht, Starovë and the villages nearby to have a taste of the quiet village life or having a drink in the bars and restaurants nearby. A drive to Shpirag mountain, especially to Mbreshtan Lake (1h 22min walk- 12 min drive), for a walk around the lake or a bite to eat in the restaurants with local food. Further up to Sinjë, 30 min drive where you have a fantastic view of Berat. You can go on a day trip to Osumi Canyons in Skrapar where you can travel through Poliçan and have a bite to eat in Ujëvara e Bogovës (Bogova waterfall). You can also plan a trip to Tomorr mountain (2416m high) (45 km - 1h 30 min drive) a sacred mountain (with a pilgrimage peak in mid-late August). If you want to have a taste of some previous communism petrol-oil industry, Kuçova is a small town 20 min drive away, where you can have an escape and see the ruins/footprints of petrol industry (parts of it still operating).Berat requires a lot of walking within the old quartiers in order to be explored. In every little pathway,on each cobblestone is craved a tremendous rich history. All the narrow alleys,all the mosques and churches and the windows "one above the other" make Berat so unique All this area,rich in history and biodiversity,fresh air and healthy traditional food is waiting for you to be explored.
