Hi, my name is Karin, I was a girl from Yerevan who led a very active cultural life until I met Garegin from Gyumri, and together we decided to find our happiness closer to nature and chose the village of Karashamb in Kotayk! Or this amazing village found us first! Here we have been living for 7 years in a small Soviet-built house and have built another all-in-one house in our garden, using rough basalt stones that we inherited. We have put all our love and enthusiasm into this tiny house, which we bring to your attention, as we have built it for all our loved ones who would like to stay with us, including family and friends. We invite you to join us on this journey of life too. We are excited to meet new people, open-minded, like-minded and creative individuals who can bring new breath and ideas to this small and beautiful village. We have a long-term plan to help the village to regain interest in culture and the arts, to live a stable life full of interesting events, so that they never think of living well elsewhere. For you, Zove can be a good hideaway from everyday life and routine, and for us your very arrival in Karashamb means a lot. At Zove you will find everything you need for rest or refuge, remote work or just living. As we live nearby, we will help you whenever you need it, and when possible we can take short walks to the canyon, which is very close by, or to the riverbank.
