Small and very comfortable house. It has 2 bedrooms and one living room. It is furnished very neatly. It is equipped with all utilities.
It is very suitable for family holidays.
The house is very close to the city of Yerevan. It is very cool and quiet in the evening. It is close to the Yerevan-Yegvard highway, from where you can go to Sevan, Ashtarak, Armavir and other north-eastern and north-western regions without traffic jams.
If desired, we will provide transport for traveling of Armenia.
Zovuni located in Kotayk region. 12 km from the center of Yerevan and Yeghvard city.
