Cómodo y funcional departamento tipo studio súper equipado y decorado de forma elegante. Con balcón, al silencioso contrafrente, en un primer piso. El monoambiente cuenta con cama matrimonial, baño completo, anafe y horno eléctrico. Escritorio para trabajar y tv plasma. Posibilidad de cochera en el edificio. El alquiler se abona en efectivo en dólares billetes.

Silent and wooded, half a block from Saavedra Park, ideal for sports or getting fresh air. The cycle path passes through the door of the building, with the possibility of leaving the bicycle in the garage. In the surroundings of the park there are many bars and restaurants, on weekends there is also the organic fair. There are several bus lines nearby, also bicycles. Close to Av General Paz, with a quick exit to the North zone of the Province of Buenos Aires. 12 blocks from Av Cabildo.
