Very comfortable house, well located, very quiet area. A few blocks from the main square, restaurants and museums. It has a barbeque and a garden. 3 bedrooms (2 en suite) and 3 full bathrooms. Wifi. Rotisserie with the best cooked asado in Areco and market opposite. Ideal for families or for couples who want a very comfortable stay. Not suitable for parties or large gatherings. Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom on the first floor. The other rooms with fan. VERY IMPORTANT DISCOUNT IF PAID WITH DOLLARS OR EUROS IN CASH.
