The Ski-in, Ski-out flats offer direct access to the ski lifts and ensure that you can quickly seek adventure on the snow. For those who want to experience the charm of the village, the flats in the centre of Ellmau are in an ideal location, with shops, restaurants and après-ski within walking distance.
Despite their compact size, Alpen Studios are fully equipped with modern facilities, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and atmospheric furnishings. Everything you need for a comfortable and carefree holiday is provided, so you can fully enjoy alpine life, both inside and outside the door.

Alpen Studio was completely renovated in 2023. The most functional layout was chosen, where we managed to create a nice kitchen, cosy living room, functional bathroom and 2 bedrooms. And all that on less than 35 square metres!
We hope our guests feel as at home in the studio as we do.
The Alpen Studio is located right by the ski slopes (or hiking and biking trails). So a stay in the Alpine Studio does not involve long drives to and from the mountain. Ski on and go!

Located in beautiful Tyrol, Ellmau is the gateway to SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental, one of Austria's largest ski areas. With 280 km of slopes, 90 lifts and breathtaking views, it is the perfect destination for skiing, snowboarding and other winter sports.
