Our small, cosy, completely newly renovated apartment is located on the southern sunny side, in the most beautiful position in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The ski slope and ski lift are located a 3-minute walk from the apartment. From the terrace there is a magnificent view of the whole of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is also located on the marked hiking trail. The environment is peaceful and quiet, so staying in the apartment is very relaxing. Although small, the apartment offers exceptional comfort and is fully equipped.
We are a family of three. My husband and I are professors and my daughter is a student. We love to travel, discover new places and get to know different cultures and customs. We love staying in the mountains. We are passionate hikers and skiers. In accordance with our vision of an ideal place for vacation in the mountains, we have decorated our small apartment.
The apartment is located in a very quiet environment, almost without traffic. Nearby are numerous marked hiking trails of varying difficulty. The ski slope and ski lift are a 3 minute walk from the apartment. You can also buy a ski pass there. Only a 5 minute drive from the apartment, there are two thermal baths, golf courses and a downhill track.
