Our apartment is locates near to the University of Applied Science, Eggenberg Palace, ASKOe Sport Center, Wellness and Swimming Center Auster.
A bus station is located near the house. You just need 4 minutes to the tram station. By tram you will easily get to city centre.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of an anteroom; a bathroom with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine; a separate bedroom with a double bed and a working area; complete equipped kitchen; living area with sofa bed and TV, 40sqm terrace.
Free public parking area is available. The modern and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher offers everything you need for a short or longer stay.
