Property information

The Gaudenzdorfer is a small Boutique Guesthouse with a limited number of individually appointed apartments. Our apartments and suites offer some great amenities usual hotel rooms do not offer, such as kitchens, individual designs and generous floor plans. Our smallest units are 45 sqm / 480 sqft in size! This will ensure a relaxing stay and a proper home away from home. The lavish bathrooms feature large walk-in showers, rain shower heads and designer tiles. Most of our suites have balconies or terraces, perfect to enjoy a sundowner after a long day out in Vienna. Of course, all our units are fully air conditioned.

Neighbourhood information

The excellent link to the public transportation makes it very easy to get around. Our apartments are just around the corner of the U4 tube line stop ‚Margaretengürtel‘. The old and historic city center with the State Opera and world-famous Kärntner Straße is just a ride of 10 minutes from the Gaudenzdorfer. When you feel in the mood for shopping, just hop into the tram line 6 or 18 for two stops and you’ll be at Mariahilfer Straße - Austria’s largest shopping street. Taking the U4 into the opposite direction will bring you to Schloss Schönbrunn within a couple of stops. Major train stations, such as the Hauptbahnhof / central station and Wien Westbahnhof and Wien Meidling are within very easy reach!
