Cozy 2 bed room family apartment directly in the historic center of Zell am See. 30 m from the main square, 200 m from the cable car to Schmittenhöhe and lake Zell. Large living area with new modern kitchen, bar and stools, sofa, dining table for 6, flat screen TV, stereo and hard wood floors. Fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, fridge, stove, micro wave, water cooker, coffee maker, toaster, glasses, cups, plates, pots and flat ware. 2 bed rooms with double beds, one bunk bed, dresser drawer, TV and DVD/Blue-Ray-Player. Bath room with double basin, tube with shower, glass wall, curtain and safety grip. Hair dryer. Separate toilet.

The apartment is located directly in the very town center, in the pedestrian area of historic Zell am see. The area offers a lot of bars and restaurant it close walking distance and is also 200 m from the ski lift to Schmittenhöhe, 100 m from the ski bus to the glacier Kitzsteinhorn and 250 m from the lake.
