I am very centrally located, about 65m², and have a large balcony. I am on the 2nd floor and if you are already tired after a sporty day, there is also an elevator to me. With me you will find 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms incl. WC's. In the large dining / living area I also have a sofa bed for 2 more sleeping options. I am ideal for 4 people but a maximum of 6 people would also have space.
