The 3-room apartment with a bathroom, a separate WC, a storage room, an underground parking space and a panoramic view of the center of Brand is extremely well located. It offers space for up to eight people. In addition to the six standard beds in the two bedrooms (two double beds + one bunk bed), the living room couch is very practical and offers a high-quality sleeping space for an additional person. The deep and very spacious terrace faces in two directions and guarantees sun in the morning and afternoon, as far as the mighty peaks of the Rätikon allow. Vacation guests can also count on almost everything in terms of furnishings to make their vacation the most beautiful “season” of the year.

The most important service providers are within walking distance. You can also reach many restaurants and various stores without a car. The local village store (approx. 100 meters), the sporting goods stores and the sports equipment rental stores (from approx. 50 meters to 400 meters) as well as several restaurants in the village (the closest approx. 300 meters) are centrally located from the family holiday apartment. The most important feeder lift to the Brandnertal skiing and hiking area - the Dorfbahn - as well as the very popular bathing lake, which is accessible free of charge in summer, can also be reached quickly and easily without a car or ski bus at approx. 300 meters. Despite the privileged location, the apartment is quiet. The house in which it is located, with the address Mühledörfle 122, is slightly set back from the main road. In addition, the municipal road is never heavily frequented, as Brand, situated at the end of the Brandner Valley, has no through traffic.
