Fiss is known for its snow-sure and sunny location: The Tyrolean municipality enjoys up to 2,000 hours of sunshine a year.

Neighbourhood information

Together with the villages of Serfaus and Ladis, Fiss forms a 460-hectare ski area that is known for its guaranteed snow until spring. Over 200 km of pistes in all levels of difficulty, 68 state-of-the-art lifts and 30 km of cross-country ski trails guarantee pure winter fun. You can store your equipment safely and conveniently in the resort's ski room. In summer, too, you have numerous opportunities to explore the idyllic mountain panorama. The vacation region has an extensive network of hiking trails with a total length of over 500 km. However, a tour by mountain bike or bicycle is also ideal for discovering the natural beauty of the region.
