Haus Alpin is a brand new modern gourgeous house with all the comfort. For the children we have an extra highlight; a playstation, wii-console and we live near a farm with a lot of animals: horses, goats, gooses, chicken, etc.etc. We (Haus Alpin) have a Petting zoo with rabbits and quinea-pigs to kuddle. In the sommer they can play on the playground, (Trampoline, Basketball, Table-tennis, badminton, Volleyball. In the winter they can sledge right outside the door. There is Little Trafik, a lot of Kids, so very little danger and lots of fun!! Have have a outdoorssauna with 9kw ofen and a terrace to relax. Towels and bathing wraps are included. You´ll get a sommer Card for free We also have a extra room for your skis and a boot-heating for warm skiboots. To make a Long Story short: A dreamhouse for your dreamholiday!!! ;-)
We are the Millinger family. My husband is from Lofer and I am from the Netherlands. I came here as a skiteacher, met my husband, and now we have 3 great kids.. I am still a ski teacher and my husband is a nurse. We just built our new house(most of it by our selves) and now our apartment is ready for rent.. We are very proud of it, and hope you will like it as much as we do. :-)
We live in the bairau in Lofer. Direct beneath the woods and langlaufloipe(cross country skiing trail). We are about 35 km from Zell am See, and about 40km of Salzburg. Kaprun is 45km of us. Lofer is very central. In sommer we have a FREE sommerkart,with you can use for FREE ENTRY in the swimmingpool in Lofer and in Unken. You can also go for FREE in Nationalpark Vorderkaserklamm and Seisenbergerklamm. You can also go hiking, biking, Rafting canyoning, kajaking etc etc.. Winter: The ski area Loferer Alm Welt is at 2km distance. Our ski area is familyour friendly, there is something to do for everybody. We have very easy blue slopes, but also red and even a black VIS slope where the Germannational team trains.. In the winter i am a ski instructor and chief of the children ski-area. Because of this, i can arrange your skis, boots and lessons for you, so that everything will be ready for you by the time you´ll arive.
