Haus Seewald is located in a beautiful areawith a view of the impressive Mount The Spitszegel. Our spacious, green garden offers everyone a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The apartment has been completely renovated and is modern, but also warmly decorated.

At the end of 2019 we took the step with our family to emigrate to Austria. How beautiful it is to let your children grow up in the overwhelming nature of Carinthia, Austria. A country with a great diversity of nature, friendly residents and places where time has really stood still. Since January 2020 we are the proud owners of this authentic house in the quiet village of Paßriach and we have worked hard to make it a pleasant place for our guests. We look forward to welcome you with us and to make you enthusiastic about the beautiful surroundings.

Our apartment is quietly and centrally located in one of the most beautiful locations in Carinthia. The lake; The Pressegger See is less than 200 meters from our house. The lake is known for its warm temperatures and is therefore also referred to as the bathtub of Carinthia. In the Pressegger See you can swim, but there are also possibilities to rent a paddle boat or canoe or go paddle boarding. The famous "Weissensee" is located 30 km from us where the water is so clear that you can see your own feet. There is also no shortage of walking and cycling paths in the area, there is a route past our house into the forest. An active climbing hike through the Garnitzenklamm and a climb of one of the mountains in the surroundings cannot be missed. In winter, the Nassfeld Ski Resort is a quiet and modern ski area with 110 km of slopes. For culture lovers, the cities of Lienz, Villach and Klagenfurt are recommended. We are close to the border triangle Italy, Austria and Slovenia, which makes a trip to one of our neighboring countries attractive.
