The luxurious Mar Suite Apartments - Centre are located in the centre of Vienna, 300 metres from the State Opera and the Wiener Konzerthaus. An Airport Car Service is offered upon arrival and departure, while a paid public parking garage is available nearby. The apartments offer free WiFi in all areas, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The Penthouse Suite boasts a private terrace. Mar Suite Apartments - Centre have access to many cafés, restaurants, a gourmet supermarket, a fitness centre and glamorous shops. The Nasch Market and the Karlskirche Church are a 2-minute walk away. The Kärntnerstraße, the main shopping street and the Ringstraße are in the immediate vicinity. Company information

We began renting apartments in the beginning of April 2012 with the intention of using our apartments as complete serviced luxury places in the city center of Vienna. We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible.

Property information

The serviced apartments are located in old town of Vienna where the location is trump and paradise for tourists who love shopping, culture, eating-out and enjoying the local lifestyle.

Neighbourhood information

In terms of sightseeing, it is difficult to make a start - the Stephansdom cathedral is the natural focal point, with the Erzbischöfliches Palais right next to it. From here, you can either stroll towards the rather shabby Schwedenplatz area and Donaukanal, which was hit badly by bomb raids during WWII and was rebuilt in concrete ugliness after the war. Or you move towards the Jesuit Church, stroll around the Medieval parts of the former University District and enjoy the many small bars and restaurants in this area. It is among my favourite areas in Vienna, with cosy cafes and the only parts in the first district, where neither tourists nor shopping-mad crowds get to. At least not in large numbers. Note also the Franziskanerkirche and Stadtpalais Prinz Eugen. Speaking of shopping: The Kärntner Straße and the Graben start at the Stephansdom and together with the Kohlmarkt, they are Austria′s most luxury shopping areas. On Neuer Markt Square, you will find the Donnerbrunnen fountain. The Kohlmarkt leads to the Hofburg palace, where you find a whole bunch of attractions: The Spanish Riding School, the Burgkapelle, the breathtaking treasury and so many more.
