Property information

Cozy and sunny barrier-free apartment on the ground floor of a beautiful, well-kept apartment house in Alpine style with a romantic view in the middle of the Carinthian Alps. Spacious parking right in front of the apartment, ski storage room right next to the apartment. The Nassfeld resort (112 km of pistes) is quickly and easily accessible via the main route, directly across the valley within 20 minutes by car (parking lot - lower entrance to the Tröpolach cabin). The well-maintained swimming beach (Presseggersee) is only 10 minutes away by car. Good accessibility of shops within 10 minutes by car, as well as many other activities in the immediate vicinity. The border with Italy and Slovenia are in the immediate vicinity as well.
