Welcome to our unique and charming apartments located in the heart of Vienna! Check in starts normally between 4pm until 6pm - we try to be very flexibel with the Checkin and Checkout. Any earlier or later Checkin need to be confirmed. Our three buildings are next to each other and designed by the renowned architect Franz Gessner and they were built between 1936 and 193. One of the houses is the historical building is closely tied to the rich cultural heritage of Vienna, specifically Mozart’s famous opera "The Magic Flute" (Die Zauberflöte), which premiered at the nearby Freihaustheater auf der Wieden in 1791. We place a high value on preserving the original character and charm of our properties. Unlike modern hotels, our apartments are maintained in a boutique hotel style, emphasizing authenticity and historical integrity. This includes retaining the original wooden floors, which might creak as you walk on them – a small but charming reminder of the building’s history that adds to the unique experience of staying with us.
