The Royal Swan Apartments brand has been offering brand new, exclusive apartments in Austria since 2021. Starting with the chalet in Tyrol, right next to the ski lift in the Spieljoch ski area, we are proud to be able to offer the Royal Swan Skyline Apartment on the 13th floor of the newly built Triiiple Tower in Vienna, 3rd district, since May 2022!

ROYAL SWAN SKYLINE, Vienna EMBEDDED BETWEEN THE CITY CENTRE, THE GREEN PRATER AND THE DANUBE CANAL, the Royal Swan Skyline Apartment, Vienna, floats high on the 13th floor of the 2nd Triple Tower. With a breathtaking view of the city centre, the Prater and the Danube River, the Triiiple Towers are without a doubt one of the most prestigious properties in Vienna. The Triiiple Tower has its own rooftop pool on the top floor of the skyscraper with a unique view over the whole of Vienna, concierge service, salon with library, event kitchen and barbecue lounge!
