This holiday home has 1 bedroom and sleeps 4 people, ideal for a family. Quietly located 1 km from the ski lifts and the centre of Fiss. Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is located 80 km south-west of Innsbruck. In summer, the Super-Sommer-Card is available for a fee incl. cable cars, hiking bus, Mini-Maxi-Club, Murmliclub and much more. If you want to benefit from this guest card, you need to inform the house owner before arrival. He will send you the link for registering the guest card. The heated ski depot right by the lift costs ?2.50 extra per person per day. The flat is in the attic and is comfortably furnished. There is an open kitchen with a dishwasher and at the house is a terrace where you can relax outdoors. Wi-Fi is available in the house. The ski bus stop is 10 m away and takes you to a vast ski area with 200 km of slopes and 70 lifts, ideal for beginners and advanced skiers. Note : Final Cleaning fee to be paid at the property - 100 euro Group/Stay
