Property information

Living like Viennese. The apartment is located in a typical old Viennese Art Nouveau apartment building built by Otto Wagner. It is flooded with light and has large, high rooms. A bicycle room is available upon request. The apartment offers self-catering option with a full basic kitchen amenities, enables guests to prepare their own meal before and after a day of exploring the city. WIFI is available and provided for free throughout the apartment.

The apartment is located on the Döblinger Gürtel, just 200m from the Nußdorfer Straße subway. Spittelau train station with regional trains and two subway lines can be reached on foot in 150m. 100m Old Viennese coffee. 50m oriental restaurant. 50m Gaming CocktailBar “Respawn”. Fair public parking garage 50m. The Volksoper can be reached on foot in fifteen minutes. The apartment is in a strategic location right on the Döblinger Belt, where tram lines 1 and D run. From there you can go straight to the center.
