Close to the beach. Great Location. Pets Welcome. Airconditioned living area Situated within an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the beach, this home is the perfect beach house with renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Air-conditioned living area, ceiling fans throughout and an outdoor fireplace. Pets welcome, outdoors only please. Sleeps six in one x queen size bed and four x single beds. Beautifully decorated, this beach house is all on one level. The long driveway leads up to an extra-long carport and there is additional vehicle parking at the top of the driveway. There is also a gas bbq and fish filleting station out the back. Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas and doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers. Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.
