Our home in Rye is just a 200m walk to the white sandy beaches of Rye Foreshore & 900m to the Rye shops. With Rye pier on your left & Tootgarook pier on your right, launch your boat/jet ski with ease. Home has an open plan living/dining room, full sized kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, European laundry and sunroom. Other features include, split system heating/cooling, your own driveway to park your boat/jet ski and an outdoor BBQ/eating area to unwind.
200m walk to the beach, 900m walk to cafes, take away shops & supermarket (Woolworths). 1.5 km to Rye Pier. Quiet property, 1 of 4 units (front unit).
