Perfect for family getaways, minutes from Box Beach and an easy 10 min stroll to Shoal Bay. You’ll enter into the lounge room, with a huge l-shaped couch, great for watching movies on the 47inch screen (free to air and wifi so you can log into your own Netflix/Stan account etc.). The lounge opens up into the kitchen, with booth-style dining table and two kitchen bars, one facing into the lounge, and the other out to the back deck (with bifold window). In addition to the usual amenities (dishwasher, microwave etc), the kitchen also has a Breville coffee machine (that uses ground coffee), an air fryer and Nutriblender (for those of us who love a smoothie). The deck has a large comfy lounge, a hammock and a wooden table for outside dining (as well as a BBQ). There’s also a bike rack if you choose to bring your bikes for cycles through the national park. The back deck can also be accessed from the side of the house and has an outside shower so you can easily wash off sand, boards etc. There are three bedrooms - two with queen beds and the third with two single beds. The main bedroom has an ensuite with a large shower, with power rain-style shower head (ie great water pressure for a great shower). The other bedroom has a solid wood bed and a foldaway desk in case anyone needs to do a bit of office work while on holidays. The room with the single beds is set up for kids, with loads of toys they can use - but all tidied away in baskets so can just as easily be used by adults. All rooms have high-quality orthopedic, comfort mattresses and pillows and blackening curtains. The second bathroom also has a large shower with power-shower head and a bath, perfect for soaking after a day at the beach. The toilet is separate. The laundry is off the bathroom, with sink, washing machine and dryer. All rooms have ceiling fans, so although no air-con, they manage the hotter temps well. Linen and towels all provided.
