Designed over two levels with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is located in a sought-after, beachfront street in Sunshine Beach with beach access just 50 metres down the road. The generous lounge and dining area upstairs is air conditioned and opens to an ocean view balcony at the front and a rear balcony with Weber Q at the rear beside the kitchen. A small games room sits at the bottom of the stairs and all three bedrooms adjoin this central area. The master bedroom has a deck overlooking the garden and a large ensuite with laundry facilities included. Please note: No events, parties or school leaver groups permitted. Guests must comply with the Noosa Shire Council Code of Conduct for Guest Behaviour. Linen and cleaning fees are included in your stay. Please ensure the property is left clean and tidy to avoid any additional cleaning fees. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For stays of 10+ nights, a mid-stay housekeeping service is provided.
