Complete with modern furnishings, ceiling fans, air conditioning and Wi-Fi this spacious open plan house can easily accommodate groups or multiple families with its unique bedding configuration, 3 fully-equipped bathrooms and 4th toilet in the powder room. The grown-ups will love the master bedroom, which offers a private retreat complete with its own lounge area, TV, ensuite bathroom, and a champagne/beer fridge. Enjoy afternoons on the private balcony, taking in the tranquil water views. The main bathroom boasts a soaker tub, shower, toilet & double vanity, while the third bathroom offers a shower, vanity & toilet. Guests will love the convenience of the fully-equipped laundry with washer, dryer and ample bench space. The gourmet kitchen is complete with dishwasher & microwave, and equipped with everything you need to create your home cooked favourites. Adjoining, you'll find the large lounge room, and a living area with a pool table, offering a fun opportunity for some friendly competition. Take advantage of the waterfront position from the downstairs entertaining area, featuring a BBQ, an 8-seater dining setting and a hammock for those slower afternoons. Out here you’ll also find an enclosed backyard and the private jetty which can accommodate a vessel up to the size of a 25 ft deep water boat - just bring along your mooring ropes to secure the boat. However, please note, to access the jetty and waterway, boats need to use public ramp for entry/exit, which is only a short cruise up the waterway to the homes jetty. Whether you want to enjoy your time away out and about, or stay in and relax, this holiday home will provide for a great getaway. ** Electric vehicles: E-scooters and E-Bikes are not permitted in any of our properties.

Just 600 metres from the local boat ramp and 300 metres from Forster Keys shops, where you’ll find the famous Lakesway Bakery serving up some of the best pies in town. There’s also a handy mini-mart, bottle shop and takeaway. Stockland Forster is only a 6-minute drive (2.3 kilometres) away and offers specialty stores along with Coles, Woolworths and Aldi. The ocean baths and Main Beach are also just 6 kilometres away. Forster’s lively restaurant precinct along Wharf Street is 6 kilometres away and filled with vibrant venues offering lake views—perfect for spotting friendly dolphins at sunset.
