This area is phenomenal! Located directly downstairs is a wide range of restaurants and convivence stores. walk down half a block and you are at Sothern Cross Station where there is a Coles Supermarket and a DFO Shopping centre. This Apartment comes with a secured parking space inside the building, there is no street parking along this part of Lonsdale Street. Southern Cross Training Station is at your door step as well as multiple tram stops within the cities free tram zone meaning no myki required.
