A Perfect Stay was created as a result of our highly successful holiday accommodation business, Byron Bay Holiday Rentals, which was founded in 2004 in the Byron Shire. Initially operating in and around the Byron Bay region, the demand grew for expansion into other areas and A Perfect Stay was born. A Perfect Stay now manages over 300 private and elegant homes in many parts of Australia including; the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Queensland, Melbourne and Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, and Sydney, Byron Bay, Tweed Coast, Lennox Head, and Scotts Head in New South Wales.

Inside, the refreshed but old world charm continues with polished timber floors, high ceilings and wide, light-filled spaces. A large open plan living area comes complete with a 6-seat dining setting and a sunshine-soaked modern, renovated kitchen boasting stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances and 4-seat breakfast bar. Choose your own spot to relax - snuggle up on the modular sofa to watch TV, take tea in the sitting area, relax in the reading nook or nap on the daybed. Glass wall to wall sliding doors frame the living and dining space, seamlessly opening up to the outdoor veranda. An entertainer’s dream, Aaloka Bay is framed by shady verandas and has a large outdoor decking space with BBQ, shade and outdoor seating, a sparkling swimming pool and spa/jacuzzi. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: a 50% deposit will be charged at the time of booking, otherwise full payment is required if arriving within 30 days. To process a booking, we require a guest's identification, personal email address and mobile phone number no later than 7 days after booking, or by the last business day prior to the arrival date; whichever is earliest. If we are unable to verify the guest’s identification and details we will, unfortunately, be unable to confirm the booking. Please note, check-in and check-out is not permitted on Christmas Day (25 December).
